We contact you promptly by either email, fax or a text message to a mobile, ensuring your business continues running smoothly even when you are on holiday or in meetings.

We appreciate that some other services undercut our prices, however we believe that we offer a high class professional phone answering service that your clients will appreciate and enable you to grow your business.

We provide this service during core office hours Monday to Friday from 08.30am to 5.30pm.

After hours there are two options if you still wish to divert to us.

1. Our generic message which states - 'We are sorry the office is now closed, it will reopen at 8.30 on the next working day'
   
   Incoming callers on this FREE service cannot leave a message.
   
2. A personal voice mail box is available. This enables your clients and customers to leave messages 24 hours when you are diverted. You can access these messages at any time, or if you prefer we can collect them for you on the next working day.
