Phone Answering Service
We provide this
service during core office hours Monday to Friday from 08.30am to
5.30 pm.
After hours
there are two options if you still wish to divert to us.
1. Our generic
message which states - 'We are sorry the office is now closed,
it will reopen at 8.30 on the next working day'
Incoming
callers on this FREE service cannot leave a message.
2. A personal
voice mail box is available. This enables your clients and customers
to leave messages 24 hours when you are diverted. You can access
these messages at any time, or if you prefer we can collect them
for you on the next working day.
Virtual Reception
is not a call centre, we care about the image your clients have
when they cannot contact you directly - each call may be a potential
client or order that needs a prompt and courteous response.
We will try
to tailor our service to your exact requirements - please call us

Because of the
nature of many of our clients' businesses each individual customer
is given absolute confidentiality and we are fully compliant with
the Data Protection Act.
