We learn the details of your business and your clients so that on answering calls on your behalf , we can answer in a sensible and professional manner.


Using computer generated telephones to answer your calls received via your telephone providers divert facility, we ensure that your customers and clients do not realize that they have been transferred to your Virtual Reception service. Our phone answering service is integrated with a database enabling us to answer your calls in your company name and:

  ensure you do not miss a call
  be pro-active with your clients
  give sales information
  take orders
  deal with enquiries
  make your company seem a little larger than it possibly is

We then deliver the message to you by:

  text to mobile
  fax
  email
  or any combination of these methods based on your stated preference.


Phone Answering Service

We provide this service during core office hours Monday to Friday from 08.30am to 5.30 pm.

After hours there are two options if you still wish to divert to us.

1. Our generic message which states - 'We are sorry the office is now closed, it will reopen at 8.30 on the next working day'

Incoming callers on this FREE service cannot leave a message.

2. A personal voice mail box is available. This enables your clients and customers to leave messages 24 hours when you are diverted. You can access these messages at any time, or if you prefer we can collect them for you on the next working day.

Virtual Reception is not a call centre, we care about the image your clients have when they cannot contact you directly - each call may be a potential client or order that needs a prompt and courteous response.
